📦 Time Frame

Include your Order Number and the product’s you'd like to return or exchange.
Processing typically takes 7–10 working days.
🔁 Return & Exchange Conditions
To ensure a smooth process:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be intact
- Products are thoroughly inspected at our warehouse before any return or exchange is approved
Note:
- Only one exchange is allowed per product
- Once exchanged, the product is final and not eligible for further return or exchange
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Customized or pre-order items
- Items with added personalization, such as extra sleeves or dupattas
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error

⏳ Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled (fully or partially) only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — our standard Return/Exchange policy will apply.

- You have up to 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it.
- For ready-to-ship items, please cancel before dispatch.

🚚 Reverse Pickup Facility
- We offer reverse pickup for many pin-codes.
- If your pin-code is not serviceable, we’ll let you know.
- In such cases, you’ll need to ship the item back to us.
- Ensure your return reaches our Wearhouse within 7 days of raising the return request.
- Please pack the item securely in original packaging with all tags and documentation
- Don’t worry — you’ll receive ₹100 as a voucher (after we pass the quality check).

📏 Size & Fit Disclaimer
- Minor size variations (1–2 inches) may occur during production.
- For customized products:
- Girls’ outfits may have up to 3 inches added for comfort.
- Looseness also varies depending on the garment design.
